• My Toyota Avensis broke down away from home so I took it to Toyota Birmingham to fix it - they had it for one week carrying out all kinds of tests. They replaced some parts, I paid them £200 and I got the car back then drove back down the M5... A week later it broke down in Bristol - same problem - it wasn't fixed! So I took my car to trusty old Pear Tree to have a look at it. They had the car for 1 DAY and diagnosed the problem. They gave me a courtesy car whilst they sorted the issue out and I got my car back a few days later fixed. So full marks to Pear Tree for being excellent mechanics, excellent at customer service and always being totally genuine. I'm so glad to have found a garage I can trust and even though I live in Wells now I always insist on using these guys for all of my car servicing needs.
